Thank you for your interest in performing at the 2026 Evergreen State Fair. We are now accepting applications for the 2026 Fair until February 28, 2026.

On-line ShoWorks Entry - Hard copies of Exhibitor entry forms are only available on Open Class Display Hall walk-in entry taking day if not entered on-line.

Downloadable W9 Form (PDF). A W9 Tax Form must be turned in for all exhibitors who show large animals (must file even if not a business - just check US Resident - Individual in Step 1. You only have to fill in and print page 1
