A USEF "Premier Hunter" rated show is a World Championship Hunter Rider event. It has some fantastic new classes & events, including the USHJA National Hunter Derby & the Hunter Under Saddle Challenge!

Hunter is a classic form of English"hunt seat" riding based on the tradition of fox hunting. Hunter competitions include both flat and over-fences classes which judge the horse's movement & form, & "equitation" classes which judge the rider's style & ability both on the flat & over-fences. The Hunter sport,with its emphasis on beauty, form & grace, is an extremely popular form of riding in the United States & Canada.
