The Evergreen State Fairgrounds are located one mile west of Monroe, WA; 14 miles east of Everett, on US2; about 30 miles northwest of Seattle via I-405 & SR 522. Click here for a Map of the Fairgrounds. We are conveniently located near hotels and motels and have 278 RV sites on the Fairgrounds. The Evergreen State Fair began in downtown Monroe in 1908, moving to its present location in 1945. The Fairgrounds cover 185 partially wooded and landscaped acres. The Fairgrounds are also busy hosting 4-H events and programs, and our neighbor, Evergreen Speedway hosts exciting racing events. We have a great on-site catering company Premier Food Services, who can whip up anything from box lunches to sophisticated meals for your event.
