The Evergreen State Fair may include some of these components:
- Daily Schedule: Listing; (Handed out to the public at the main gates)
- Fair Program: 1/8 page ad, banner and/or listing with the event; 35,000 copies distributedat Bartell Drug Stores and at The Fair gates
- P. A. Announcements: Over the fairgrounds; and/or at your sponsored event
- Pepsi Electronic Reader Board: Listing throughout the day on the signage on Highway 2
- Daily Herald Ad: Banner and/or listing in our ¾ page ad listing the events of that day
- Signage: At the East, West, Comcast Courtyard Stage or Contest site on that day
- Website: Banner, Logo and/or link on our website: www.evergreenfair.org
- 2008 Fair Artwork for use in your advertising, upon request
- Admission Ticket Allotment for your friends, family and/or staff

Sponsor to Provide:
- Payment of price of the Sponsorship (One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) deposit (non-refundable), due with reservation on or before March 31, 2008; Balance due in 1/3 increments: May 15th, June 15th & July 15th
- If placing an ad, electronic copy must be submitted on or before March 31st
- If sponsoring contest, provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for all age categories; due by August 1st
- Banners: Approximate dimensions: 1 - 3’ x 5’: Due by August 1st
