The Evergreen State Fairgrounds are located one mile west of Monroe, WA; 14 miles east of Everett, on US2; about 30 miles northeast of Seattle via I-405 & SR 522. Click here for a Map of the Fairgrounds. We are conveniently located near hotels and motels and have 278 RV sites on the Fairgrounds. The Evergreen State Fair began in downtown Monroe in 1908, moving to its present location in 1945. The Fairgrounds cover 194 partially wooded and landscaped acres. The Fairgrounds are also busy hosting 4-H events and programs, and our neighbor, Evergreen Speedway hosts exciting racing events. We have a great on-site catering company High Road Promotions Food Service, who can whip up anything from box lunches to sophisticated meals for your event.

The mission of the Evergreen State Fairgrounds, as a multi-purpose event facility, is to enrich the area’s quality of life by providing educational, entertainment, recreational, agricultural, commercial and social activities for the benefit of the residents and businesses of Snohomish County and surrounding communities.
